Oyster Partners Offer:

20% off the Subscription Fee country list price for a monthly engagement for the first 12 months from their onboarding date. Only valid for the first 7 team members.

This offer may be claimed only once. An eligible company is one who (i) has not previously used the Oyster Platform; (ii) claims this offer by referring to it when signing up, or through a valid Oyster partner referral link; and (iii) engages Team Members through the Oyster Platform as evidenced by a signed Service Agreement. Oyster may, in its sole discretion, determine in good faith that a company is ineligible for reasons such as suspicious behavior, deceptive acts, or relation to current customers of Oyster. If the foregoing conditions are met, the Subscription Fee for the first 7 Service Agreements will be discounted by 20% of the listed country price at the time of engagement for the shorter of (i) 12 months or (ii) the period up to the date upon which any of Your Service Agreement is terminated (for any reason) (Discount Period). At the expiry of the Discount Period, the then-applicable Subscription Fee will be charged for the applicable Service Agreement. The offer applies only to the Subscription Fee for Oyster’s Team Member Service. The Team Member Service and the Oyster Platform are governed by the Terms & Conditions. This disclaimer does not modify the Terms & Conditions except to discount the Subscription Fee as set out above. This offer may be claimed only once. An eligible company is one who (i) has not previously used the Oyster Platform; (ii) claims this offer by referring to it when signing up, or through a valid Oyster partner referral link; and (iii) engages Team Members through the Oyster Platform as evidenced by a signed Service Agreement.
